Users reported that the chat window was blank, replies were not loading, and some were even having trouble logging in. Both OpenAI’s website and mobile apps are affected.

What did OpenAI say?

OpenAI acknowledged the problem on its official status page. The company said, “Some of our services are experiencing elevated error rates and latency. We are investigating it.” However, the company has not yet given the exact reason for this interruption. Some experts believe that this may be due to server overload or software bug.
